CraftLab A Family Workshop with reDiscover
Sunday, December 12, 2021 1:30pm - 3:30pm $10 Adults | $7 Children | Free for Members
We are thrilled to announce the return of our in-person outdoor CraftLab family workshops at Craft Contemporary!
Inspired by exhibiting artist Moffat Takadiwa’s sculptural assemblage work made of post-consumer waste, families will be invited to transform found materials into sculptural collages! This workshop is presented and taught in collaboration with reDiscover Center, a local organization that works to divert scrap, overstock, and other materials from the trash stream and use them to make art.
Advanced RSVP is required.
Masks and proof of vaccination, or negative COVID-19 test results are required to participate in this program.
Effective November 4, 2021, in accordance with the most recent Los Angeles city mandates, Craft Contemporary will require that all visitors age 12 and older show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours prior to visit.
