Sculpting with Nature: Hike and Sculpt with Evelyn Hernández

Join us for a hike and get to know the soil beneath your feet while creating a ceramic piece using locally processed clay. Guided by clay artist Evelyn Hernández, participants will learn to identify clay and earthen pigments in their natural habitat while deepening their relationship to the land they stand on. In between the hike, you’ll have the opportunity to shape clay, drawing inspiration from your surroundings.
