A conversation-skillshare between NAVEL board members and collective residents. Part “how-to” and part brainstorming, the group will consider formations of governance and engagement such as feedback loops, community boards, and other methods that NAVEL members and community have employed in order to best share and practice kinship. The group is interested in sharing and being in dialogue with others, utilizing practices like collective decision making power, expansive membership, and timebanking to begin to work towards a daily practice of mutual aid, reparations, and/or resource sharing.
